As-Built 2D/3D Modeling addresses AEC Firms, Mechanical and Sheet Metal contractor’s need for an integrated concept that offers project stakeholders a solution to their as-built data requirements while maximizing performance. The process involves 3D Laser Scanning of an existing facility and or buildings to produce accurate as-built 3D CAD models, with ability to generate 4D models. 3D as-built models provide a key approach to any project management’s field time and enables project managers, engineers and construction teams to carry out reliable modifications and “what-if” scenarios.
